Red Tortilla Crisps

2 sun dried tomato burrito-size tortillas
1 tbsp grated parmesan
pinch of paprika
vegetable oil spray
Heat oven to 400 deg
Cut tortillas into wedges.
In large bowl, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasonings.
Place chips in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until crisp.

1/2 tsp salt
pinch of nutmeg
vegetable oil spray
Heat oven to 400 deg
Cut tortillas into wedges.

6 10-inch tortillas
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges; place on baking sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes, until crisp.

Fruit Burritos

4 6-inch tortillas
4 tbs peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
4 strawberries, sliced
1 peach, peeled & sliced (remove pit)
1/4 cup blueberries
4 tbs vanilla yogurt
Spread about 1 tbs peanut butter over each tortilla.
Place fruit slices down center of each burrito.

PB&J Banana Rollup

2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
4 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs jelly
2 peeled bananas
Spread peanut butter on each tortilla, then add jelly.
Put peeled banana on right edge of each tortilla, roll up and serve.
