Baked French Fries
3 potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Pierce potato skins with fork; microwave for 5 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut each potato into 8 wedges.
Drizzle potatoes with oil; sprinkle with salt. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 40-45 minutes, until crispy and browned.
