1 cup oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tbsp wheat flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey

Cinnamon Apple Bran Mini Muffins

1 1/4 cups bran
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 apple, peeled and chopped
Preheat oven to 350, grease two mini muffin pans.

Apple Cider

2 quarts apple juice
1 tsp cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
¼ cup brown sugar
Combine ingredients in crock pot.
Cook on low for 1-2 hours.

Pumpkin Smoothie

1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup milk or vanilla yogurt
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
4 ice cubes

1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 cups oat cereal with yogurt (Yogurt Burst Cheerios®)
2 cups raisin bran cereal
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried blueberries

Rainbow Fruit Salsa

2 medium apples
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 kiwi
1 orange
1 cup peaches, fresh or canned
2 tablespoons jelly
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup orange juice
Peel and finely chop all fruit; Put in large bowl.
Stir together jelly, brown sugar and orange juice.
Pour jelly sauce over fruit mixture.

Tip:
