Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Recipe
2 cups milk
2 tbs blackberry jelly (or other favorite)
2 tbs peanut butter
1 peeled banana
2 tbs honey
2 tsp wheat germ
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
2 servings.
