PB&J Quesadillas Recipe
1 tsp light margarine
OR
Nonstick Cooking Spray
2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
¼ cup peanut butter
Serve with: ¼ cup grape jelly as a dip
Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat, or coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread one side of each tortilla with 2 tbs peanut butter, fold tortilla in half so that the peanut butter is on the inside.
Place folded tortillas in skillet; heat 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Slice into wedges.
4 Servings
