Microwave Potato Chips Recipe

Modified from FatFree Vegan Kitchen

1 potato, sliced very thin
desired seasoning (salt, chili powder, garlic, taco, etc.)

Line glass turntable in microwave with parchment paper.
Place slices in single layer on paper (more than one batch may be necessary, depending on the size of your microwave tray)
Sprinkle seasoning over slices.
Microwave on high until brown spots begin to appear (4-6 minutes or so)
Turn off microwave for 1 minute.
Microwave on high again until potatoes are golden brown.
Allow to cool completely.
