Mexi Popcorn Recipe
8 cups plain popped popcorn
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
In a small bowl, stir together cheese and seasonings.
Pour over just-popped (warm) popcorn, toss to coat.
8 servings.

I’ve been introducing healthy snack alternatives to my 2nd grade group in our after-school program and they absolutely loved the Mexi Popcorn. They thought it was a fun, delicious way to make their popcorn a little more fun!
