Ginger Fruit Salad Recipe
1 orange
1 apple
1 peaches
4 strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla or peach yogurt
1 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Wisk together yogurt, ginger and brown sugar; pour over fruit.
Serves 4-6.
