Regarding “Healthy” Recipes
Everyone has a different definition for the word “Healthy”. Some of the snacks on this site contain sugar, flour, and other ingredients that might not fit into everyone’s diet. There are a few sweet snacks on this site that would work best as occasional treats, and I have tried to label them as such. The vast majority of recipes on this site are better for your child than the chips, snack cakes, fruit snacks, and other prepackaged snack foods you’ll find in the grocery store.
Please use your own good judgment when it comes to feeding your children. Better yet, consult a physician or a nutritionist.
