Cool Veggie Pizza Recipe
1 8-oz can croissants
8 oz light cream cheese
¼ cup light sour cream
¼ tsp each: salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder
3 cups of fresh veggies, in bite sized chunks
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven and coat baking pan with cooking spray.
Open package of croissants and unroll dough (do not separate sections).
Press together sections to form a crust.
Bake according to package directions; cool.
Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings.
When crust is cool, spread cream cheese mixture over it.
Sprinkle vegetables and cheese over top.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving. 12 servings.
