Applesauce Dip
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup cream cheese
cinnamon, to taste
Mix together and chill.

2 bananas, sliced
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.

16 oz light cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl.
Chill in the refrigerator 1 hour before serving.

¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup light sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
Combine cream cheese and brown sugar, mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Store in refrigerator.

2 tbs peanut butter
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon or apple pie spice
1 to 2 tsp skim milk
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.

Beat ingredients together until smooth.

1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
Blend yogurt and marshmallow creme until mixed thoroughly.
