Baked Bananas Recipe
4 bananas, peeled
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup raisins
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbs lemon juice
Serve with: vanilla frozen yogurt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray shallow dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut bananas in half lengthwise; place in dish.
Combine brown sugar, raisins, and nutmeg in small bowl, sprinkle over bananas.
Drizzle lemon juice over bananas.
Bake 20-30 minutes, or until bananas are golden brown.
Serve with frozen yogurt. 4 Servings
