Ambrosia Recipe
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup raisins
Serve with: yogurt
Combine all ingredients and chill in refrigerator.
Serve alone or over yogurt.

This was a great snack. Easy to make and nice
and cool for our awful weather we’re having!
