Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons granola

Layer yogurt and fruit in tall clear glass.
Top with granola.
1 serving.

TIP: Substitue other fruits for endless variations. Bananas, peaches, and raspberries work very well.

Upsidedown Snacks

crackers
peanut butter
sliced banana

Spread peanut butter on cracker(s).
Top with a thick slice of banana.

*These are called Updsidedown Snacks because you can turn them upside down and they stay together! (Try it!)

Bagel Chips

1 bagel, any flavor

Slice bagel in 1/4 inch thick slices.
Arrange on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes @ 350 degrees, until crisp and golden brown.
2 servings.

Pita Chips

2 pitas
cooking spray

Slice each pita bread into 6 wedges; carefully split each wedge into two pieces.
(12 pieces per pita bread)
Place pita chips in a single layer on baking sheets.
Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 7 minutes.
Turn chips over and cook about 5 more minutes, or until crisp.
2 servings.
