		<description>1 1/4 cups bran
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 apple, peeled and chopped

Preheat oven to 350, grease two mini muffin pans.

Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat about 20 min., or until apples are tender.
Let cool.
Top with chopped walnuts before serving.
