Applesauce Sandwiches

4 slices bread

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Spread the applesauce on two slices of bread; top with remaining bread.

**This recipe might work well as an occasional sweet treat.

4 graham crackers

Rainbow Fruit Salsa

2 medium apples
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 kiwi
1 orange
1 cup peaches, fresh or canned
2 tablespoons jelly
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup orange juice
